  1. a.Tapi
  2. b.Luni
  3. c.Narmada
  4. d.Bhagirathi

Answer: (C) Narmada

The Narmada, rising at Amarkantak and flowing about 1,300 km westwards through a rift valley between the Vindhyas and the Satpuras into the Gulf of Khambhat, is India's longest west-flowing river. The Tapi, rising near Multai in the Satpuras, is the second-largest west-flowing river and also flows through a rift valley. The Luni of Rajasthan is an inland river that ends in the Rann of Kutch and turns saline after Balotra. The Bhagirathi is the headstream of the Ganga, rising at Gaumukh near Gangotri, and does not flow west.
