International Day of Peace was observed on which theme in 2017?
  1. a.'Together for Peace: Respect, Safety and Dignity for All'
  2. b.'United for Peace: Respect, Safety and Dignity for All'
  3. c.'Together for Peace: Respect, Dignity and Safety for All'
  4. d.'Together for Peace: Dignity, Respect and Safety for All'

Answer: (A) 'Together for Peace: Respect, Safety and Dignity for All'

The International Day of Peace is observed every year on 21 September; the UN General Assembly established it in 1981. The 2017 theme was 'Together for Peace: Respect, Safety and Dignity for All', linked with the UN's TOGETHER campaign in support of refugees and migrants. The other options only reshuffle the three words or replace 'Together' with 'United', so remember the exact order: Respect, Safety, Dignity.
