What is the position of India as per the latest FIFA rankings?
- a.100th
- b.90th
- c.94th
- d.91st
Answer: (A) 100th
Answer as of 2018 — this may have changed since.
India entered the top 100 of the FIFA men's rankings in 2017 after a gap of two decades, reaching 100th place in May 2017, which is the answer the question expects. India's best-ever rank is 94th (February 1996). The rankings are revised regularly, so this is a period fact; the governing body of football in India is the AIFF.
